Go Grow Accelerator Roadmap: How we Grow and Scale Companies for International Reach through Growth Entrepreneurship Education

About this handbook
The initial Go Grow programme began in May 2013 and concluded April 2016. During this time three rounds of ‘batches’ of startups participated for a duration of six months. Each batch comprised of 20-25 startups with a mix of both student startups and younger established growth companies. This handbook is a documentation of our process and compilation of our learnings from designing, implementing and iterating the accelerator programme. We undertook an inductive/abductive method for our data collection, we have drawn conclusions from evidence that emerged from the field, rather than formulating hypotheses to be tested. We do not aim to prescribe a best practice guide, however we endeavour to be self-reflective so that our experience can benefit others.
