As DevelopDiverse we help companies expand their talent pool of applicants and build a diverse workforce by providing them with an AI-based software tool to remove bias from their recruitment. Our first tool is a SaaS cloud-based that scans job ads for bias words and proposes non-biased ones as alternatives. In addition, our tool analyzes the content and structure of job ads and gives suggestions to make the ads more inclusive and attractive. The tool analyzes 3 type of bias gender, ethnicity and age. We aim to help educational and research institutions in their recruitment and enrollment of students. We focus on multiple type of bias and multiple type of texts, which all have a negative effect on the audience of our customers, which can be either employees or students.
Our focus goes beyond making better ads. We want to help reduce gender segregation in the labour market and educational institutions and make diversity the new norm.
