EduKarma´s mission is to help solve a “customer pain” that creates financial and emotional distress for many people in Denmark and in Europe – the dropout rate on tertiary education. Despite society’s effort, around 25% of students who start a tertiary education drops out within the first 2 years of education. A drop out rate of 25% is highly expensive, causing society to lose around EUR 30 billion a year in Europe. For most individuals, choosing the right education is a difficult choice. The reasoning behind dropping out is diverse – but the most common cause a misalignment between expectations and reality. EduKarma wishes to address this customer pain.
