There is an interesting perspective to understand how physical health affects mental stress levels. As we all know, that physical exercise reduces stress.
We made this interesting stress graph just to show it in real-time by using
Stressgraphapp, how physical excercise changed stress level during the day.This is how it look like
As you can see, in the picture above, my observations started around 15:15, where my stress levels were around Orange dotted line and when I finished around 20:15 my average stress level was below green dotted line.
Through this we can conclude, that physical exercise impacts mental stress.
